  • Since our products are handcrafted / made-to-order, some orders may require additional time
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

 In case of high demand, processing may take slightly longer

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days
  • May vary depending on customs and location

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions

Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before payment

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

  • Share images/videos for verification
