At Kaieden Luxe, we understand that plans can change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your options after placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@kaiedenluxe.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation based on its current processing status.
  • Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed if the order is already being packed or prepared for dispatch.

2. No Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the order after dispatch, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refund timelines are as follows:
    • UPI & Wallets: 3–5 business days
    • Debit/Credit Cards & Net Banking: 7–10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Cancellation by Kaieden Luxe

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment failure.
  • In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
